PhotoID Studio is a desktop application for photo studios and anyone who needs

an identity photo that will not be rejected. You start from a photo you already

have. The app handles the rest: it detects the face, applies the exact head size

and position the destination country requires, replaces the background, retouches

the skin, and lays the result out on a printable sheet.

Built-in templates for 130+ countries

Passport, visa, residence permit and national ID formats are included for more

than 130 countries, each with its own dimensions, head-height ratio and

background colour. Pick a country and the crop is applied automatically. Every

template follows the ICAO 9303 specification that governments use to validate

biometric photos, so the output meets the rules rather than approximating them.

Everything in one pass

Face detection places the head inside the official guides without manual

measuring. Background removal produces the plain white, grey or blue backdrop the

country expects. Retouching evens out skin without making the subject look

altered, which matters because heavy editing is a common rejection reason. Print

layout arranges the copies on standard paper sizes such as 10x15 cm or 13x18 cm,

with cutting guides.

Made for repeat work

If you produce identity photos daily, the time is spent on measuring and

reprinting, not on the photo itself. PhotoID Studio removes that step. There is

no per-photo fee and no credit system: one licence covers unlimited photos.

Private by design

All processing happens on your own computer. Customer photos are never uploaded

to a server or sent over the internet, which keeps you compliant with data

protection rules without extra paperwork.
